Call for papers : ISPACS2011

 The 2011 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS), ChiangMai, Thailand, December 7-9, 2011.

The 2011 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS) will be held in ChiangMai, Thailand. Launched in 1992, this is the 19th ISPACS. The conference presents every possibility on new information technologies. The 2011 th ISPACS will include regular sessions on the topics listed below and some special sessions on emerging intelligent signal processing and communication system topics. Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers reporting original work as well as tutorial overviews in all areas of signal processing and communication systems.

Prospective authors are invited to submit papers reflecting original, unpublished work in these fields. Papers should not exceed 6 pages including results, figures and references. Document templates will be made available on the website. All submissions will be subjected to a double-blind review procedure. Best paper awards will be given to outstanding contributions and recognized as such at the Symposium. Only electronic submissions with PDF files will be accepted via the conference website.

The CD-ROM proceedings of accepted papers will be made available at the symposium. Symposium papers will be archived and available through IEEE Xplore as well as cited in EI Compendex.

Prospective organizers are invited to submit proposals for ISPACS 2011 special sessions. As a regular session, special session is an oral technical session with 5 invited papers each. A special session should provide an overview of the state-of-the-art and highlight important research directions in a field of special interest to ISPACS participants such as:
- Intelligent signal processing and communications
- New trends on video & pictures searching
- Adaptive and robust communications for early warning systems
- Efficient Ad-Hoc and high speed disaster communications
- Advance visible light and infrared communications
- Classical and quantum communication cryptographic techniques
