Abstract
This paper is presented the artificial traffic signs designation by natural energy combination, the both energies is solar and wind energy that will can be also reduced the consumption energy. Processing unit will be processed by microcontroller MCS-51 and resultant will be shown by light emitting diodes (LEDs) screen that was set up with realizes the department of highway’s conditions and can see more than 160m, the maximum generated voltage of 26.374 volts by electro voltaic cells and the average voltage 25.96 volts of wind turbines velocity at 5.5 m/s. |
